The emblem of the Concord-Carlisle boys’ lacrosse program should be a blank face. It’s not a team designed to win on pure talent alone, and the players and coaches are the first ones to admit that. Take last year’s squad, which might have been the best lacrosse team ever at C-C and lost to Medfield in the Division 2 East final. But with a small senior class, and new starters all over the field, the Patriots started 8-0.
