Because of construction along Church and Main streets, the annual Northborough Memorial Day Parade will have a slightly different route this year. The parade will assemble at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Trinity Church parking lot on Hudson Street and will proceed to the World War II/Korean War/Vietnam War monument at the intersection of Hudson and Pierce streets for the ceremony at noon. The route will then continue to the World War I memorial and wrap up at the Howard Street Cemetery with one final ceremony. Parade-goers are also encouraged to stop by the Memorial Day fair at the First Parish Church Unitarian Universalist from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The parade will pass the fair, which features a craft fair, book sale, flea market, and barbecue, on its way to the cemetery. All are welcome.
