Rebecca Ruquist will present an insider’s virtual tour of Paris, from restaurants to clothing and romantic inspiration, in a 7 p.m. presentation Monday at Cary Memorial Library. Ruquist, a scholar of French culture who has lived in Paris part time for more than 12 years, will use photos, video, and film clips, and share her favorite spots and some of the city’s most interesting and beautiful streets in her free talk.
