In its reorganizational meeting after the annual town election, the Board of Selectmen has chosen new officers. The members named James Fay to serve as the board’s chairman; Frank Maxant as vice chairman; and Pauline Conley as clerk. The other members of the board are Gary Luca, who served as chairman for the last year and was reelected in the April 23 balloting, and newcomer Christopher Hillman.
