With hot days looming, Framingham has three public beaches — Learned Pond, Lake Waushakum, and Saxonville Beach on Lake Cochituate — available for staying cool. The beaches will be open from June 21 to Aug. 16 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; beach tags go on sale June 18 at the Parks and Recreation Department office at the Bowditch Field Athletic Cultural Complex, 475 Union Ave. The fee for residents is $15, with a family cap of $40 for the season.
