The Norfolk Public Library is hosting a program Monday on the transition to kindergarten. The event is scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the community room. The program, aimed at children entering kindergarten this fall and their parents or caretakers, will feature stories, hands-on activities, and a short DVD presentation.
