Seven housing units that qualify under the town’s affordable housing program are on the market. The two-, three-, and four-bedroom units range in price from $95,000 to $165,000. Applicants must meet certain income restrictions, depending upon household size, and be approved for a mortgage, among other requirements. Applications are available at Town Hall and will be accepted through June 28; the housing lottery will be held July 24.
