Lottery for affordable housing

Seven housing units that qualify under the town’s affordable housing program are on the market. The two-, three-, and four-bedroom units range in price from $95,000 to $165,000. Applicants must meet certain income restrictions, depending upon household size, and be approved for a mortgage, among other requirements. Applications are available at Town Hall and will be accepted through June 28; the housing lottery will be held July 24. To apply, or for more information, call Susan Jacobson at the Norfolk Municipal Affordable Housing Trust at 508-440-2812 or Beth Rush at 978-639-3388.
