The carnival returns to town next weekend, with the rides and booths open from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, 1 to 10 p.m. Saturday, and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday at 9 p.m., with Sunday as the rain date. All-access bracelets for the rides will be available for $15 from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
