The Franklin Special Education Parents Advisory Council is holding a public workshop Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the town's Municipal Building. The program will focus on the transition to adult services, including how individuals can work with the state Department of Developmental Services. In particular, presenters will look at transitions in students’ lives at ages 18 and 22. For more information on the free program, visit the council's website, www.franklinsepac.org.
