A Midsummer Scandinavian Festival will be held Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. at SAC Park, 438 Lake St . Admission is $3, and parking is free. The Finn Hall Band from Minnesota will perform, with dancing from 2 to 4 p.m. Starting at noon, a Swedish meatball lunch will be served for $8.
