State Representative Jennifer Benson of Lunenburg has been named to serve as a member of the Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board. The board advises the governor and Legislature on creating and sustaining the workforce that Massachusetts needs to remain a competitive force in the global economy. Benson, a Democrat, represents Acton, Boxborough, Harvard, and Shirley.
