The parent-teacher organization at the Pompositticut and Center elementary schools helped defray the $20,000 annual field trip budget, and hosted 20 enrichment programs this school year, according to a recent newsletter. The enrichment programs included a fourth-grade historical immigration play and visits by established authors.
