The town’s Cultural Council will begin accepting applications for its next grant cycle on Sept. 1, according to its page on the municipal website, www.townofberlin.com/cultural, as part of its efforts to enhance the cultural vitality of the community. The deadline for submitting grant applications is Oct. 15. In the past, the council has provided funds for programs sponsored by the public library, the Berlin Arts and Historical Society, and the Berlin Theatre Company.
