Organizers set up local solar-energy effort

Solarize Acton and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center have selected New England Clean Energy as the Solarize Mass installer for the town. The installer will work with the Solarize Acton team of community volunteers led by Chris Schaffner to implement the program. Solarize Acton is a program of the state’s Green Communities Division and Clean Energy Center that encourages the adoption of small-scale solar photovoltaic projects.
