With the July 10 vote by the Board of Selectmen to schedule the fall Special Town Meeting for Nov. 13, the season for putting together warrant articles for the session to consider is open. Proposals will be accepted at Town Hall from Aug. 2 to 30, after which they will be taken up by various town boards and committees until Oct. 25 or thereabouts.
