Belmont will soon be deploying a trained coyote hazing team to harass urban coyotes that grow too bold living among their human neighbors. In an apparent first for Massachusetts, the town’s Board of Health approved a coyote management plan that involves educating residents as well as the coordinated hazing by a group of volunteers to scare off particularly aggressive animals.
