Just over two weeks before they decide whether to ask voters for a tax increase, Newton aldermen still have plenty of questions about what should be on the ballot. The aldermen spent several hours last week wrestling with elements of Mayor Setti Warren’s proposed override of Proposition 2½ and will meet again at the end of November to debate the package. The aldermen are scheduled to vote Dec. 3 on whether to ask voters for $11.4 million in tax increases in March.
