“Genetic Roulette: The Gamble of Our Lives,’’ the latest entry in the Friends of the Ashland Public Library’s documentary film and discussion series, will be screened Tuesday at 7 p.m. The newly released documentary looks at studies on genetically modified foods, some of the political responses, and the health problems potentially posed by these foods.
