Community chorus in holiday concert

The Northborough Area Community Chorus will hold its annual Christmas concert next Sunday at 3:15 p.m., with this year’s performance in a new location, Trottier Middle School, 49 Parkerville Road in Southborough. Director and founder Anthony Volpe and accompanist David Rose have created a show for all ages, featuring performances of “The Shepherd’s Chorus,” from “Amahl and the Night Visitors,’’ “Jazz Gloria,” and “Nutcracker March” by the all-adult choral group. The event will also feature a children’s choir performance and a visit from Santa. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door. To purchase tickets in advance, call 508-366-7307 or e-mail
