School officials are seeking community input as they work to find a new superintendent. Community members are invited to attend an open forum Monday from 7  to 9 p.m. in the Little Theater at Marlborough High School. Officials have also posted a survey on the district’s website, www.mps-edu.org,   with the deadline for responses 4 p.m. Friday. The School Committee plans to conduct interviews with superintendent candidates in January.
