Town Meeting on Monday approved adding $618,000 to the school district’s budget for this fiscal year, using funds from a higher-than-expected level of local aid from the state. Voters also approved funding for a three-year contract for police that includes restoration of cuts made when the state stopped paying its portion of education incentives for officers.
