Town Meeting passes 13 articles

Special Town Meeting voters on Nov. 13 approved all 13 articles on the warrant, including an artificial turf field for the Bedford High School football stadium, the use of Community Preservation Act funds to design athletic fields, and safety improvements at the intersection of School Way and Elm and Maple streets in the town center. Participants voted to waive the Town Meeting rule that articles must be presented by 10:45 p.m. to be considered, rather than return another day to finish the warrant.
