Eleana Cardarelli and Leah Cardarelli , Acton-Boxborough Regional: Eleana, a junior, pumped in eight goals and six assists, while Leah, a sophomore, posted six goals and three assists in the Colonials’ run to the Division 1 field hockey title.
Alyssa Carlson and Lauren Sutherland , Watertown: The senior captains were electric on their team’s run to its fourth straight Division 2 field hockey title, with Sutherland delivering two goals and assist from the midfield and defender Carlson notching two goals and three assists. They will graduate without losing a game in four years.
Connor Maguire , Groton-Dunstable Regional: The junior goalie played “literally perfect,” according to coach Sean Wisbey, allowing just two goals in six games as the Crusaders won their second Division 2 boys’ soccer title in as many years.
Kristi Kirshe , Franklin: The senior was not only a dynamic goal scorer, she played every position during the Panthers’ run to the program’s first Division 1state title in girls’ soccer.
Mac Steeves , Needham: The senior high school All-American scored five goals in the Rockets’ run to the Division 1 boys’ soccer state title, while his long throw-in produced a few more.
