‘Lemon Grove’ author at library

Local author Ali Hosseini will be appearing at the Southborough Library on Saturday  at 2 p.m. to discuss his debut novel, “The Lemon Grove.” Hosseini is an Iranian-American who came to the United States in the mid-1970s as a student. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, he began a career in information technology, but never lost his love for writing and literature. He has had a number of short stories published, as well as collections of his stories, but this is his first novel in English. “The Lemon Grove” is a coming-of-age story set in Iran that deals with the realities of war, love, and loss. Hosseini will be available to sign copies of his book during the free event. Call 508-485-5031 for more information.
