The Friends of the Medway Library group is raffling off a variety of gingerbread houses decorated by local artists and community groups. Houses will be on display at the library starting Monday evening, and continuing through Dec. 17, when the drawing takes place. Tickets are $1, or 10 for $5, and will be on sale all week at the circulation desk. Tickets will also be available during the fourth annual Gingerbread Festival on Saturday , when children will be invited to decorate their own miniature gingerbread houses. Admission is a bag of candy to share. The festival runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and registration must be completed by Monday. All proceeds will support library programs, materials, and museum passes. For more information, visit www.friendsofthemedwaylibrary.blogspot.com .
