The Robbins Library’s circulation department is seeking volunteers to help keep the books in order through its “Adopt a Shelf’’ initiative. Staff members will provide a short training session, and then assign a section of books at the public library for volunteers to tend on a continuing basis. The volunteers will be asked to work about an hour per week. For more information or to volunteer, contact Barbara Fulchino, the head of circulation services, at 781-316-3242.
