Selectmen and the Town Charter Review Committee will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 22to discuss proposed changes to the town charter. The town reviews its charter every 10 years, a process that allows officials to make changes to outdated bylaws, said Town Administrator Michael Sullivan.
