Residents will have a chance to weigh in on a series of proposed zoning articles and amendments, including a new clustered type of development known as cottage-style zoning, during a public hearing on Feb. 13.  Also to be addressed are proposed amendments to the town's zoning bylaws covering medical marijuana dispensaries and wireless communications. The Planning Board hearing begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Houghton Building.
