A drop-in registration session for the Milford/Bellingham Family and Community Network Playgroup will be held Jan. 22 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the North Community Building, at Hartford Avenue  and Maple Street. The program is designed for children up to 5 years old; each session includes open play time, creative arts, storytelling and sing-alongs. Playgroups will be held between 12:30 and 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays through May  at the community building. All spaces in the free program are assigned through a lottery system .
