Town Manager Jim Malloy  is scheduled to meet with the Advisory Finance Committee at 7 p.m. Monday in Town Hall to review the proposed budget and capital plan for the 2014 fiscal year. Part of the discussion will include the School Committee’s decision to seek a 3.07 percent increase in the district’s budget for the year starting July 1.
