Concord: “Thoreau, Civil Disobedience & Dr. Martin Luther King” has historical reenactor Richard Smith, as 19th-century author Henry David Thoreau, discussing the night he spent in jail in 1846 for not paying his poll tax, an incident that inspired Thoreau’s famous essay “Civil Disobedience,’’ Sunday from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the Walden Pond State Reservation, 915 Walden St. Free. 978-369-3254.
