The Upton selectmen have approved a new three-year contract  with Town Manager Blythe Robinson,  who assumed the position in 2010.  Under the new contract, Robinson will be paid $130,000 for the first year, with $5,000 raises in each of the remaining two years.  She had been paid $115,000 under her previous contract. The new agreement takes effect April 1.
