In addition to acting on the fiscal year 2014 operating and capital budgets, Wayland residents will vote on variety of articles at this year’s annual Town Meeting including topics related to marijuana use, accepting control over newly built roads, and expanding the list of town staff permitted to speak at Town Meetings. The annual Town Meeting will begin April 4.  For a list of the warrant articles, visit the town’s website at www.wayland.ma.us.
