Committee backs $800,000 in projects

The town’s Community Preservation Committee has voted to recommend spending nearly $800,000 on six projects that will go before annual Town Meeting on May 6. The projects seeking funding include the removal of invasive plants, affordable housing, downtown landscaping, sidewalks, and park improvements.
