A landowner will appear before the Zoning Board of Appeals on March 13 to request a variance for an access road on his 131 Dudley Road property. Due to the presence of a nearby wetland, which prohibits access from Marlboro Road, Salim Kassouf is seeking to switch the driveway’s point of access from Marlboro to Dudley Road.
