The Council on Aging is inviting local residents to join “Strong Women, Strong Bones,” an exercise program that uses gently paced weight training to help midlife and older women improve their health and well-being. The weekly classes begin Wednesday, and will run from 10 to 11 a.m. in the multipurpose room at 33 Shattuck St. Sessions are $3 each.
