Watertown planning officials say they might be ready on Wednesday to vote on the approval of a proposed 14-unit condominium building at 192 Pleasant St., the former location of Bacon Industries. The building would house mainly one- and two-bedroom units, said Burkhard Corp., the developer. Developers have faced some challenges fitting the building onto the property due to conservation easements, and will present plans to the Planning Board this week that lower the height of the roof and change the back of the building’s exterior aesthetics. Neighbors of the lot have said at town hearings that they oppose the proposed condominiums, citing traffic, parking, and the building’s large size as main concerns. The Watertown Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Town Hall, located at 149 Main St.
