Brown to address graduating class

Former US senator Scott Brown will deliver the commencement address for Marlborough High School’s graduating class this spring, city officials said last week. In a prepared statement, Brown said he is honored that he was chosen to address the class, and he is looking forward to celebrating with students and their families. Alex Pelletier, a senior at Marlborough High, initiated the effort to have Brown speak at the ceremony, collecting signatures from 143 classmates supporting the idea. The graduation is June 2.
