Abraham Faber and brothers Murton and Irving Millen rob the Needham Trust Co., and kill two Needham police officers while escaping.
Hundreds turn out for the
funerals of the slain police officers, Forbes McLeod and Francis Haddock.
Faber and the Millen brothers are arrested by police.
June 7, 1935
The Millen brothers and Faber, convicted of murder, are executed in the electric chair at Charlestown State Prison.
Needham names the plaza in front of the town’s police station in memory of McLeod and Haddock.
