Walk today will aid suicide prevention

Concord-Carlisle Youth Services is sponsoring an Out of the Darkness Campus Walk, a fund-raiser supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on Emerson Field. The proceeds will support research, education, advocacy, prevention initiatives, and other programs to assist those affected by suicide. Half of the money raised will bring education programs directly to Concord and Carlisle. Participants can register at the event on Sunday, and donations will be accepted until June 30.
