The deadline is Wednesday for responding to a Cultural Council survey geared to helping the town panel adjust its grant application process and how it awards its funds. The survey is available at several locations, including Town Hall, Harvard Public Library, Harvard General Store, and the Center on the Common, as well as the town’s website, www.harvard.ma.us. Completed forms can be dropped off at the survey locations, or mailed to the Cultural Council at PO Box 110, Harvard, MA 01451. Over the years, the agency has supported local activities ranging from concerts and plays to programs offered by the library and the town’s Council on Aging, using money provided by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
