Town Meeting on Monday evening will take up 38 warrant articles. Among the measures are proposals to raise or transfer funds totaling $8.8 million for next year’s assessment for the Ayer-Shirley Regional School District; raise $600,928 to fund next year’s assessment for Nashoba Valley Regional Technical High School; borrow $463,314 to fund capital needs of the Police, Fire, and Parks departments and the Department of Public Works; and adopt an antilittering bylaw that would fine property owners $300 for disposing of trash in a public or private way. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Ayer-Shirley Regional High School, off Washington Street.
