Local officials have mailed the warrants for three Town Meeting sessions taking place this month, and the warrants are also available at Town Hall and online at www.townofmaynard-ma.gov. At 1 p.m. next Sunday in the Fowler School auditorium, Special Town Meeting voters will decide whether to rezone land to allow for a multiuse development at 129 Parker St. And at 7 p.m. May 20, officials will be back at the school to convene annual Town Meeting, which will decide budgets and other issues for the fiscal year starting July 1, and a Special Town Meeting session that will handle fund transfers and appropriations for the current fiscal year.
