Local seniors have a free chance to try the Fitness Camp and have a session with a personal trainer during a Council on Aging program at the Center at Medfield on Ice House Road. What’s the catch? They need to get a coupon from the center’s website, www.thecenteratmedfield.com, or the Council on Aging’s newsletter. The coupon entitles first-time visitors to a one-on-one training session with Brian Szewczynski, who leads the camp on Tuesdays at 1:30 pm.
