The Westborough Community Land Trust is organizing a family-friendly hike Sunday to celebrate spring, with ice cream as a reward afterward. The short trek, ideal for all ages, will begin at Mill Pond School and head into the Headwaters Conservation Area, traversing through woods and along old stone walls and pastures near the origin of the Assabet River. Afterward, the group will head to Nourse Farm for ice cream. The hike begins at 1:30 p.m. and ends (after ice cream) around 3 p.m.
