Voters have choices in election Tuesday

The annual town election Tuesday features contests for the Board of Selectmen, School Committee, and Planning Board. Selectman Joe Magnani will be joined by School Committee member Mark Juitt and Scott Rohmer, who is on paid administrative leave from his job as the town’s police chief, in a race for two seats on the Board of Selectmen. Also, Gina Donovan, Adam Elbirt and Mark Larson will square off for two spots on the School Committee, and Vanessa Charles and Michael Mokey are vying for one opening on the Planning Board. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Ashland High School. For more information, call the town clerk’s office at 508-881-0100, ext. 601.
