High school studying fitness levels

Cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and muscle strength are among the criteria that the wellness department at Nashoba Regional High School is using this semester to monitor students’ fitness levels. When the results are in, the department will compare the local results with national standards for fitness, and within specific classes and grades at the school.
