Public hearing on growth-neutral sewer regulations

The town’s Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners will hold a public hearing Tuesday at 7:35 p.m. at the Plainville Senior Center. The hearing will focus on the adoption of growth-neutral regulations for the future expansion of the town’s sewer system, the idea being to prevent unchecked residential growth in certain areas.
