The town is requesting proposals from firms to produce a personnel classification and compensation plan. The selected firm will be asked to review existing job descriptions, conduct interviews with town employees and supervisors, and create updated job descriptions. It will also review the town’s existing compensation plan and make recommendations regarding salary rates, ranges, and grades. The deadline is July 23 at 11 a.m. for proposals to be submitted to the Board of Selectmen’s office at Town Hall.
