The developers of the previously stalled Stone Brook Village project are going back before the Planning Board on Monday night to discuss a new proposal for the site off Oregon Road. The revised plan, calling for an age-55-plus development as opposed to the original Chapter 40B affordable housing complex, was first presented to the board last month. The hearing during the board’s 7 p.m. meeting Monday at the Town House will allow the developers, Capital Group Properties, to discuss and respond to neighbor complaints expressed at the last session, including issues related to common driveway regulations, lot clearing, and population density.
